ACH Debit and Credit Cards are processed via LIVE AUCTIONEERS LIVE PAYMENTS and will incur a 3% Processing payment fee. No credit cards will be accepted over the phone. There is a 3% card processing fee added to the invoice. To save money, you can set up ACH direct payment through Live auctioneers. The fee is 1% plus 50 cents per transaction. We also accept WIRE TRANSFERS and CASH with prior notification.. The fees will be added to your invoice. Attic To Auction, LLC. will not release item(s) for shipment or to the winning bidder until payment has been cleared through their respective financial institutions. This may take up to 5 days. Should Buyer fail to pay the balance of their invoice within 10 business days of invoice being sent, or otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, Attic To Auction, LLC. shall be entitled to one or more the following remedies: (1) to recover from Buyer all monetary loss arising from the resale of the Lot (including all costs of any resale or attempted resale); (2) to retain any deposit or partial payment paid by Buyer; (3) to recover from Buyer all of its costs and expenses of collection including attorney's fees of twenty five percent (25%) of the outstanding balance, interest on the outstanding balance of up to 10% per month, and other related attorney court costs; (4) all other relief and remedies allowed by law. Pennsylvania law applies and jurisdiction and venue over all disputes involving these Terms and Conditions shall be in Berks Count, Pennsylvania. We assume no liability for items picked up and shipped by the 3rd party shipper. All 3rd party shipper claims should be directed to the 3rd party shipper. By participating in this auction you agree to release your items for shipping to the 3rd party shipper listed under the shipping By liability for loss or damage or loss once the items have been released to the shipper listed under the shipping terms of this sale. Any and all claims or complaints must be directed to the shipper.
