Seats. 70 Iconic Designs

Acerbis and Arad, Ban and Bellini, Deganello and Dixon, Gehry and Grcic, Kukkapuro and Kuma, Mariscal and Morrison, Nelson and Newson. These and many other great names can be found in the magnificent private collection of seating furniture that will be offered by Quittenbaum on October 15. The collection tells a modern history of seating and brings together numerous pioneering design ideas from the past seventy years of international design history. Here you will find the artisanal, such as Marc Newson's lounger, and the industrial, such as Ron Arad's 'Bad Tempered Chair'. The classic - 'Barcelona Chair' by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe - and the unconventional - 'Le Temoin' by Man Ray. Whether a comfortable armchair or a unique museum piece, each object has its own voice in the collection. We invite you to experience the seating objects on our premises - the preview will take place from October 10 to 14. Come along and take a seat.
