Hoosier School paintings from the Tipton County Public Library collection features a 1914 exhibition size oil on canvas by T.C. Steele; View of The Small Studio with figures and carriage at House of the Singing Winds. 30"x40". This work showcases the artist's mastery of impressionistic lighting technique, and captures the beauty of the Brown County landscape which called him home. His love of Plein Air painting is evident in this piece titled 'Noonday Winter'; a glowing Indiana treasure.
