1) All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. No warranties or representations of merchantability or fitness of any kind, express or implied. All items are available for examination prior to bidding. By bidding, you signify that you have examined the items fully or chosen not to examine them. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should not be construed as a guarantee of any kind regarding age, condition, materials, or other features of the items. The absence of a condition report does not imply an object is free of defects. All items may have normal signs of age and wear; these issues may not be mentioned in the condition report. Contact us before the auction with any condition questions. Questions about condition will not be answered after purchase. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. Note on frames: Frames are not guaranteed to be in the same condition as in the item photograph. Due to handling and shipping, many frames, especially antique ones, are prone to losses. If you have any questions about the condition of a frame, contact us prior to the auction. Our goal is to provide accurate and detailed information. We recommend examining all items of interest. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity, and the results of your evaluation leave uncertainty, we recommend not bidding on the item. We do not give refunds. All sales are final. No statement by the auctioneer shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by Rum Runners Auction or any seller represented by Rum Runners Auction. 2) Payment is due at the time of purchase. For successful absentee, phone, and online bids, payment must be made within three business days of the auction. Placing a bid implies the client's acceptance of our Terms of Sale. By signing our Bid Form or agreeing to these terms through any online bidding platform, you authorize us to charge successful bids to your credit card if payment is not received within three days post-auction. Additionally, if payment is not received within seven business days, items may be sold to a third party without your consent. If you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice. 3) All purchases are subject to applicable Florida sales tax of 7% unless the Florida Certificate of Resale tax form is fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase. Resale tax numbers from other states are accepted. International buyers are responsible for tariffs, taxes, or assessments of shipped items to the buyer's country. 4) An 20% buyer's premium will be added to the purchase price of all items. 5) Items purchased and not retrieved from our auction facility within five business days will incur a storage fee of $10.00 per item, per day. If the item remains unclaimed for 30 days, Rum Runners Auction will regain ownership and may resell it at any time. Storage costs and any other directly related expenses may still apply. This policy is in effect even if payment is received.

If you have not contacted Rum Runners Antiques to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
