The offering and sale of property by Ripley Auctions is subject to the following conditions of sale, as modified or supplemented by other written provisions and/or in announcements made by the auctioneer, prior to or at the time of the sale. BUYER'S PREMIUM: All LiveAuctioneers bidders will pay 30% buyer's premium. This may include additional fees, such as processing fees and sales tax. PAYMENT: The credit card used to register is automatically charged 72 hours post sale. The card used at registration will automatically be charged 72 hours post sale. Payments are accepted by Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, ACH, and Bank Wire Transfer. Gold jewelry or purchases over $5,000 will require confirmed funds, such as ACH or Wire Bank Wire Transfer. The full purchase price plus all applicable taxes, processing fees, and storage fees are expected before removal of any of the items. SALES TAX: Buyers may be subject to sales tax unless proper exemption documentation has been submitted to LiveAuctioneers. All property shall be paid for and removal arranged by the purchaser at his/her expense within ten (10) days of sale and, if not so removed, may be sold by the Company, or sent by the Company to a public warehouse, at the sole risk and charge of the purchaser(s), and the Company may prohibit the purchaser from participating, directly or indirectly, as a bidder or purchaser in any future sale or sales. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or otherwise responsible for any goods left in the Company's possession after ten (10) days. If the foregoing conditions or any applicable provisions of law are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to the Company and the Consignor (including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser(s) liable for the bid price) the Company, at its option, may either cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser(s), or resell the property. In such event, the purchaser(s) shall remain liable for any deficiency in the original purchase price and will also be responsible for all costs, including warehousing, the expense of the ultimate sale, and the Company's commission at its regular rates together with all related and incidental charges, including legal fees. All property that has not been removed after ten (10) business days post sale are subject to storage fees. Shipping is available by request through a third party shipping service, Shipping Saint. Please contact our office if you would like to arrange your own shipping. Buyers will not automatically receive a shipping invoice. You will be sent a separate invoice for shipping once your initial invoice is paid and your items are packed and ready to ship. PICKUP: Pickup is by appointment only. Items are subject to storage fees if they are not removed from premises within 10 business days. If items require shipping, arrangements and removal must be completed within 15 business days.

If you have not contacted Ripley Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
