Cordier Auctions & Appraisals has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold; however, neither the Seller nor Auctioneer guarantees the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold AS IS and should be examined prior to bidding. The auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. Cordier Auctions & Appraisals makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning the fitness for use, safety to fire, or to store, or reliability of any firearm, ammunition, or parts or components thereof, whether antique or modern. Any use of such is entirely at the user's risk. Cordier Auctions & Appraisals expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury, or damage resulting to any person from the use or storage of any lot. Invoices will be sent at the close of the auction noting purchase price of all lots won, buyer's premium and any applicable taxes and fees. To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or license must be provided. Any purchaser claiming an exemption who is unable to provide proof will be required to pay the tax and seek a refund from the state of Pennsylvania. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales. Payment to be made in five (5) days from invoice date via credit card, debit, cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers. Checks are held for ten (10) business days. Payments not received in five days will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file. Payments should be mailed to: Cordier Auctions & Appraisals, 1500 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through one of the listed shippers.
