Auction Policy 1. Registration All bidders must register prior to placing bids. By registering, bidders agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this policy. 2. Bidder Verification SEUYCO Auctions reserves the right to verify the identity and financial capability of any bidder to ensure the integrity of the auction process. 3. Bidding Process Bids can be placed online through the auction platform. Please note that in Timed Auctions, absentee bids cannot be retracted less than 2 hours prior to the listed auction start time; in Timed+ auctions, bids cannot be retracted less than 24 hours prior to the lot's designated end time. Calling, emailing, or messaging does not constitute a valid method to retract or cancel a bid. Reserve Price Some items may have a reserve price. The reserve price equates to the amount deemed acceptable by the consignor If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold. Auction Conclusion The auction ends at the specified time. In the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, SEUYCO reserves the right to extend or cancel the auction. In the event of a clerking error resulting in an item being accidentally sold below the reserve price, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale. SEUYCO will contact the bidder and make every effort to finalize the transaction at the agreed-upon reserve price, in addition to a reduced buyer's premium and any applicable fees including sales tax and transaction fees. We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to damage to an item, out-of-stock listing, misrepresentation of an item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund equal to the purchase price will be issued. 6. Winning Bidders Winning bidders will be notified via email with instructions on how to complete their purchase. 7. Non-Payment If the winning bidder fails to pay for an item within the specified timeframe, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list it in a future auction.Non-payment will result in a dispute filed against the winning bidder. A dispute filed against you creates a permanent mark on your account and notifies other sellers of the non-payment. If you receive two or more disputes, your account will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to bid on LiveAuctioneers' platform until all unpaid disputes are resolved. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the auction process will be resolved at the sole discretion of SEUYCO. Bidders agree to abide by the final decision of SEUYCO. 9. Changes to Policies SEUYCO reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting them. Item Condition At SEUYCO, we strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of all items listed for auction. The condition of each item is carefully evaluated by our expert partners. We encourage all bidders to carefully review the descriptions and photographs provided for each item. Coins Uncirculated (UNC): Coins that have never been used in commerce and retain their original mint condition. Extremely Fine (XF): Coins with very light wear on the highest points but with all details visible and sharp. Very Fine (VF): Coins with moderate wear on the high points and some details worn but still clear. Fine (F): Coins with considerable wear, but the major details are still clear. Good (G): Coins that are heavily worn, with major details visible but faint. Sports Memorabilia We strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of all items listed for auction. For items that are hand signed, please be aware that the placement and strength of the signature may vary slightly from item to item. The photographs provided are representative of the item; however, the size, placement, and intensity of the signature may differ. Items that are certified will be clearly indicated in the lot description. Some items may come with a physical certificate, while others will include a sticker with a certification number that can be manually verified on the authentication company's website. Items without a physical certificate of authenticity do not qualify for a return. Vintage and Luxury Handbags We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each vintage and luxury handbag to the best of our ability. Please note that these items are not new and will exhibit some signs of wear and usage. Additionally, the color of the bags may vary slightly depending on the monitor or mobile device used for viewing. Some bags may have a storage or "keepage" smell that might not be noted in the item description. However, this has been taken into consideration when assigning the condition report and value. Please understand that a storage smell does not warrant a refund. Very Good: Handbags with light signs of use, such as minor scratches, light scuffs, or slight wear on the corners. Good: Handbags with noticeable signs of wear, such as scuffs, stains, worn corners, or possible storage smell Fair: Handbags that are heavily used, with significant signs of wear, damage, stains, or possible storage smell. Jewelry We strive to accurately describe the condition of each piece, including any visible damages or impressions of prior use. However, as these are second-hand items, minor imperfections may not always be detailed. Unless explicitly mentioned in the description, items will not include additional accessories such as guarantee cards, original boxes, or certificates. Please assume such items are not included if not described. Any representation of serial numbers or unique item date codes is provided as a reference to their physical location on the item. The actual serial numbers or codes may differ on the item you receive. If a technical error causes a discrepancy between the displayed images and the description/title, the written item description will take precedence over the images. As these items are pre-owned, certain accessories or components typically associated with new items may not be included. Returns for items that have been polished prior to shipping will not be accepted. Like New: Flatware that appears new with no signs of use or wear. Excellent: Flatware with minimal signs of use, such as very light scratches or slight tarnishing. Very Good: Flatware with light signs of use, such as minor scratches, light tarnishing, or slight wear on the edges. Good: Flatware with noticeable signs of use, such as significant scratches, tarnishing, or minor dents. Fair: Flatware that is heavily used, with visible damage, significant tarnishing, or dents. Antiques All antiques are inspected to provide an accurate description of its condition. Given the nature of antique items, they are often many years old and may exhibit signs of age and wear, which add to their unique character and authenticity. Diamonds and Loose Stones SEUYCO is committed to providing accurate and detailed condition reports for all diamonds and loose stones listed in our auctions. Grading and Certification Certification: Each diamond and loose stone will include any available certification from recognized gemological laboratories such as GIA, AGS, or IGI. The certification details will be clearly stated in the lot description. Grading: The diamonds and loose stones are graded based on the 4 Cs: Carat, Cut, Color, and Clarity. These details will be prominently featured in the item description. Physical Condition Appearance: A detailed description of the stone's appearance, including any visible inclusions, blemishes, or other characteristics that affect its visual appeal. Cut Quality: Information on the cut quality, including symmetry, polish, and proportions, which contribute to the stone's brilliance and fire. Color: The color grade of the stone, ranging from colorless to light color, will be specified. Clarity: A description of the stone's clarity, noting the presence of any inclusions or blemishes and their locations. Measurements and Weight Carat Weight: The exact carat weight of the stone, as measured and verified by our experts. Dimensions: The precise measurements of the stone (length, width, depth) to give bidders a clear understanding of its size and shape. Additional Details Fluorescence: If applicable, the fluorescence level of the stone will be noted. Enhancements: Any treatments or enhancements the stone has undergone will be disclosed. Origin: If known, the geographic origin of the stone will be provided. Condition Notes Overall Condition: A summary of the stone?s overall condition, highlighting any notable aspects that may influence its value. Special Characteristics: Any unique features or attributes that make the stone particularly rare or valuable. Videos: Where applicable, videos will be provided to demonstrate the stone's brilliance and sparkle in different lighting conditions. Please note that all items are sold "as is" and we encourage bidders to review all provided descriptions and photographs carefully before placing a bid. Auctions are listed for a minimum of two weeks before going live. To ensure our team can respond accordingly, it is best to message us at least 24 hours before the auction goes live. No statement in the catalog, brochures, website, bill of sale, invoice, any supplementary material, or statements by any SEUYCO employee shall be deemed a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. c. Descriptions: No warranty, whether express or implied, is made with respect to any description contained in this auction or any second opinion. Any description of the items or second opinion is provided as a courtesy for identifying the items for those bidders who do not have the opportunity to view the lots in person, and no description of items has been made part of the basis of the transaction or has created any express warranty that the goods would conform to any description made by the auctioneer. Color variations can be expected in any electronic or printed imaging and are not grounds for the return of any lot. d. Estimates: All estimates provided are carefully considered opinions of SEUYCO's specialists and are merely suggested guidelines for interested buyers. Buyers must be aware that all property sold is subject to fluctuating values depending on the subjective interests of collectors and a wide variety of other uncontrollable factors. The lots auctioned may sell at prices above, within, or below estimate.
