In the event a Customer's items are returned for any reason including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer (or adult) was not present to receive and sign for the package, then CAC Canada DBA Bag Brats reserves the right to charge the Customer for the new shipping cost. Once we have received a returned item the buyer will have 3 Business days to contact us & have paid any extra charges acquired to re-ship their item(s). If no contact or payment is made in that 3 day period the item will be set back out for resale and it will not be refunded.
