As payment we accept Master Card, and Visa cards, check, cash, money orders and T/T (wire transfers). SORRY NO PAYPAL. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS as payment we accept Master Card, and Visa cards with a $1,000.00 limit. Any purchase(s) that exceeds $1,000.00 will require payment as a wire transfers, no exceptions. SORRY NO PAYPAL. Winning bidders are responsible to contact the Embassy Auctions to make payment arrangements. The Embassy Auctions will initially invoice the winning bidders the actual amount and buyer's premium. Shipping and handling will be calculated when payment method is received. If paying with check, money order or T/T, please request an invoice that includes shipping and handling before sending any payment. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. The Embassy Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against The Embassy Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. The Embassy Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. The Embassy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale. Shipping of merchandise will occur 3-7 days after we receive the buyer's payment information. An invoice will be generated for the purchased item(s) plus shipping and handling charges. Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received. We use USPS as our primary shipper. Item(s) will be shipped priority mail with insurance. We may use first class, media mail, or parcel post if item(s) warrant this change. On oversized parcels we may use any other shipping service, calculated by dimensional weight scale.Please respond ASAP if you want any other shipping arrangements! Handling charges are as follows: small and easily packed items: $5.00 per item, larger and/or items requiring specialty packing/boxes up to: $20.00 per item. Over-sized items/boxes will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Overseas shipping will incur additional fees. We now offer shipping of furniture using a local transport company. Buyer is responsible for arrangements and payment to that shipper. Items must be shipped within 7 days of the auctions end, if stored at our facility for any longer, a storage fee will incur. Item(s) will be shipped when payment has been received and clears.
