ITEMS FOR AUCTION (DESCRIPTIONS, CONDITIONS, LOCATION) >Treasure Deck Auctions LLC (herein referred to as TDA) endeavors to describe all items as accurately as possible, and to provide clear photos for item condition to be reviewed in detail by the Bidder/Buyer. The descriptions provided are based on hallmarks and/or visible markings, signatures, stamps, labels, etc. Omission of details or description does not indicate the lot is in perfect condition. No guarantee of authenticity or origin or is possible unless specifically indicated and pictured in the lot. >All items are sold as-is, where-is, online only. Only the described item is for sale. Props/Accessories in the photos are for display only. >All items are secondhand and will show signs of wear and age. Significant defects captured during cataloging are noted in specific item descriptions, however, TDA is not responsible for errors & omissions by the Site, by the Consignor, hidden defects or other condition issues. >Measurements noted in the descriptions are in inches unless otherwise noted. Rings are measured on a sizer. All measurements provided are as close to accurate as possible. >Bidder/Buyer understands and accepts responsibility that any questions regarding lots should be emailed to TDA no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the auction for a timely response. STORAGE >Storage is maintained in a clean, dry, insured and temperature controlled unit at no additional cost to the Bidder/Buyer. SHIPPING >Bidder/Buyer agrees not to bid on an item if they are unable to pickup a lot which indicates that shipping is not available. >Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Bidder/Buyer. >The ship-to address must match the name and address of the buyer's profile on LiveAuctioneers.com, without exception. >Unless otherwise requested and agreed in writing, all packing is carefully done in-house and shipping is arranged through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail where Ground Advantage is unavailable, or UPS Ground Service. >Tracking information and a photo of your package will be emailed to you through LiveAuctioneers.com. Multiple lots will be combined for shipping to reduce packaging and shipping costs. Shipping fees are listed below and are based on weight, regardless of hammer price or number of items in your order. *Packages up to 8 oz: $10 + tax *Packages 8.01-15.99 oz: $12 + tax *Packages 1 - 1.5 lb: $15 + tax *Packages 1.6 - 2 lb: $18 + tax *Packages over 2 lb: Costs will be determined at time of packing. UPS Ground service may be used for heavier packages (in excess of 8 lb) for cost savings. *Tracking and insurance up to $100 value are included. No International Shipping. Additional insurance will be invoiced at cost and is suggested for orders with value exceeding the $100. *Signature Confirmation at cost ($3.70) will apply to orders containing gold jewelry, gold coins, or total invoice exceeding $200. *Additional handling fee will apply for fragile items or large orders which require extra time for safe packing and shipping. This will be advised at time of invoice. >>> TDA LLC is not responsible for refunding items lost by postal carrier. >Allow 2-3 business days from when payment has cleared for your order to be packed and shipped. If you do not receive a notification within 3 business days of paying your invoice, please contact us through our Live Auctioneers account. >Bidder/Buyer is responsible for ensuring their address and telephone number on the Live Auctioneers profile are complete and current. TDA is not responsible for any delays, losses or costs associated with delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Bidder/Buyer. >TDA is not responsible for any delays, losses or costs associated with delivery issues by the nominated courier service. PICKUP >For new customers, a driver's license/other valid government-issued photo ID will be requested. >A copy of the invoice (digital copy is fine) is required for all pickups. A signature will be required to confirm the pickup and a digital copy can be emailed or texted to you. >Bidder/Buyer's responsibility for appropriate labor, vehicle, and packing material if necessary. >Pickups do not require an appointment, but are only available during the days and times noted on the Auction. If you are unable to arrange to pickup during the posted schedule, please contact us in advance of bidding to see if other arrangements could be made. *Keep in mind that shipping locally is usually a cheap alternative, and sometimes costs less than the gas to travel for the pickup! And, with shipping arranged within 2-3 days of your payment, it's also a convenient and faster alternative to in-person pickups. (Although we're just as happy to see you in person, of course.) UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS >Payment: If Bidder/Buyer's initial payment is declined, an alternate card for payment may be accepted for up to 2 business days. If payment is still not completed, the item(s) will be offered to an under-bidder for immediate purchase. >Any item(s) not collected for pickup as agreed will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued. >In the instance of payment issues, multiple forfeited items or concern of fraudulent activity of any kind, Bidder/Buyer's account may be placed on Hold and prevented from bidding on future items. PAYMENTS AND SALES TAX >For payment, TDA utilizes Standard AutoPay on this platform, which means the card on file will automatically be charged within 24 hours after the invoice is issued after conclusion of the auction. >Payments can be made only by credit/debit card on file with Live Auctioneers. Within 24 hours of the close of the auction, the card will be automatically debited for the hammer price of all items of which you were the highest bidder, plus the Buyers' premium and Sales tax (unless exempt). Please note we impose a surcharge of 4% on the transaction amount on all credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. >Should shipping charges need to be calculated, they will be included on your invoice. If for any reason they are removed or omitted, a revised invoice will be issued and a separate charge may need to be processed to your card on file with Live Auctioneers. See Shipping section for charge details, which will also be subject to 4% credit card processing fee, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. >LiveAuctioneers.com will collect and remit all Sales Tax in accordance with state regulations, with no cost or benefit to the Seller, Buyer or TDA. >Tax Exempt - if you have an exemption, the required form must be provided to Live Auctioneers. Sales Tax refunds are not permitted once charged. Bidder/Buyer is responsible for Exemption compliance, TDA does not process exemption certificates on this platform. RETURNS/CLAIMS >No claims will be allowed 2 calendar days after receipt of item via shipping. >If the wrong item is (unlikely) received, TDA must be notified within 1 business day to approve returns and provide instructions and shipping label. >In the event a shipped package is damaged in transit, claims must be filed with the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) or United Parcel Service (www.ups.com) directly. Please note photos of the package prior to opening, as well as the interior and contents, should be kept in order to file a claim. If additional insurance is not purchased, Bidder/Buyer understands the covered value is only $100 by the USPS, and would only be issued to the Bidder/Buyer once USPS issues the same to TDA LLC. >No claims or returns will be considered for items signed and picked-up from the designated pickup location for the closed auction. CUSTOMER SERVICE >Business hours: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm EST. We remain open during auctions until the last lot is closed. >A positive Customer experience is our primary focus. For any questions or comments, please use the Message option in Live Auctioneers. We respond very quickly, but remember that questions about an item you intend to bid on should be sent no-later-than 24 hours prior to the auction close. SITE ERRORS/AUCTION >TDA is a subscriber to the LiveAuctioneers.com platform. For any issues with your Bidder account, or if you experience issues during an auction, you must contact Live Auctioneers directly. COMMON QUESTIONS Q. What is a Buyer's premium? A. The Buyer's premium is a percentage-based fee added to the winning hammer price. This helps cover the auctioneer's expenses and administrative costs, handling fees, etc. and will vary per region and per auction house. Ours is currently 20%. Q. Do you ship? A. Yes. Unless otherwise noted on an item, each lot can have in-house packing and shipping via USPS in the USA only. Please check each auction for specifics. Q.
