All sizes listed are approximate. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. Payments A buyer's premium of 25% on any amount bid will be added to the purchase of all lots in the sale. This premium is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. All bids placed and all payments made must be in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S.Bank unless payment in U.S. Dollars wired from a foreign bank has been pre-arranged. Internet bills may be paid via Live.Payments. For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice. Disputes for non-paid items are issued 1 week (7days) after the auction date Buyers who are subject to unpaid invoices will be suspended/blocked for future auctions if invoice is unpaid 30 days after date of sale. 3. Shipping Information, WE DO NOT SHIP Shipping is the buyers responsibility and is at the sole discretion of the buyer. As required by Live Auctioneers, they do offer shipping through their services. We have an in house shipper Gravity Boxes that will send you a quote via email on Friday after the sale. We highly encourage bidders to wait to receive their quote before picking which option to choose.
