Terms & Conditions Choice Auction Gallery reserves the right to change the online terms and conditions, without notification. Please check terms prior to participating in each auction. 1. Disclaimer: All property is sold as-is, where is, with all faults, known and unknown, with NO guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to condition, authenticity, testing, completeness for any and all purposes. All sales are FINAL; no returns or credits, NO EXCEPTIONS. No statement in the online catalogue or made at the sale or in the Bill of Sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an admission of liability. Moreover, the Auctioneer will not be held responsible for any variations in appearance of online photographs. Condition and substantial defects are disclosed and/or photographed. Accordingly, minor defects or smells may not be disclosed, which can be expected in pre-owned or vintage items. Choice Auction Gallery will not be held responsible for errors or omissions of any kind, including descriptions and photographs. Removal of bids will not be authorized. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before actual sale. By registering for the auction, you agree to allow Choice Auction Gallery to use your contact information for marketing purposes. Bidding will constitute full acceptance of the terms and conditions herein. 2. Buyer?s Premium: A premium equal to 28% of the successful bid price will be added thereto and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. 3. Sales Tax: The buyer will be required to pay Florida Sales Tax (7%) unless exempted through possession of a valid State of Florida Sales Tax number on file. Please note, the state of Florida has no arrangement of reciprocity with any other jurisdiction and the Auctioneer cannot honor a Sales Tax number from any other jurisdiction. 4. Payment: Payment must be made within three (3) days following the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, wire transfer, PayPal, Zelle, or LivePayments via LiveAuctioneers. International purchases and all purchases over $1,000.00 must be paid via wire transfer. If payment is not received within 3 days of the auction, we will charge the credit card used to register for the full invoice amount. All invoices include sales tax, and buyer?s premium. If paying via wire transfer, or PayPal, please let us know within 48 hours of the close of the auction, so the credit card on file is not automatically charged. Buyers may pick up their items in person from the auction house or arrange for their items to be shipped by a third party. Shipping arrangements and costs associated with shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. 5. Shipping: Shipping arrangements, and all costs associated with shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer. Choice Auction Gallery may, as a courtesy, drop items off at a local Pack & Ship location, but will not coordinate any logistics or payment. Furthermore, Choice Auction Gallery will not be held liable for any lost or damaged goods once they leave the auction premises; buyer assumes all responsibility and any claims must be pursued through the shipping company. No items will be released for shipping until Choice Auction Gallery receives payment in full and all payments have cleared. After five (5) days following the close of the auction, any items that are not picked up, or have not been arranged to be shipped, will be assessed a $25.00 per item, per day storage fee. If the items are not removed within ten (10) days following the close of the auction, the item will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become property of Choice Auction Gallery; the buyer will not receive a refund. Local buyers can pick up their items in person but must call to make an appointment. 6. Estimates: Estimates are provided only as a guide for prospective buyers. Choice Auction Gallery makes no representations or warranties regarding the value or anticipated selling price of any lot or item. 7. Withdrawals: Choice Auction Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction for any reason and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. Autopay If you have not contacted Choice Auction Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
