If a bid is not retracted or canceled prior to auction then the buyer is responsible for the transaction. 6. A 25% buyer's premium will be added to the sale of each lot. A credit card processing fee will be required for all credit card transactions through the Proxibid atgPay secure payment platform. 7. MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS is not liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise) whether or not due to MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity. 8. Use of Proxibid.com allows bidders to enter bids at any time prior to the start of the auction, and 'live,' that is, as property is offered for sale, just as if the bidder is present at the sale. 9. Bidders must register with Proxibid.com to participate in online bidding. 10. All bidders are subject to approval by MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS before bidding in our auctions. 11. Purchaser is responsible for all costs of shipping and making arrangements. MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS will process shipping once buyer has completed payment. 12. In-house shipping is offered via USPS Mail with tracking, insurance, and signature required for higher value items. Local pickup is also available in Glenview, IL. The address will be provided to the winning bidders on their invoice. SELF-ARRANGED SHIPPING may be necessary for some items and will be indicated in the item description. 13. It is further agreed by signing up for an auction; the user has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of MEADOW LANE AUCTIONS.
