All items in this Auction will need to be picked up at our building, in Phillipsburg NJ (unless being shipped). BRING Packing Material, tools , any equipment needed and HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! THERE WILL BE NO ONE TO HELP YOU LOAD . PAYMENT IS DUE BY July 1st, at 3pm . All items must be paid for with a credit card thru LiveAuctioneers. Shipping- If we ship it in house, there is a $15 handling fee for the first lot (unless a price is stated in description) and $5 each additional lot, plus actual postage. If the description states ?No Shipping? we will not ship or transport items. Paintings or Prints that need shipment, will be packed and shipped thru The UPS Store or In House. If we ship them in house, there is an additional handling charge. If we have UPS pack and ship anything (fragile items, framed items, hard to pack items), there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP, WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item.
