Simpler Times Museum Absolute Virtual Auction of Tidioute, Pa. There will be no in person bidding due to granting the family's wish of having no people on-site due to the poor layout of the land for a large crowd. This has been a fully functioning museum since 1990 and has some unique pieces of history in the local oilfield tools and some great signage and globes. See some of the pictures to view a sample of some of the great items. There will be internet, phone and absentee bidding on this auction. Matthews Auctions LLC will be only shipping Advertising items from this auction and other select items stated in the description whether we are shipping that lot or not. You will be able to pick up certain items at our Wisconsin or Illinois locations, feel free to call us with any questions. The virtual auction will be September 5 & 6, there will be internet bidding through bid.matthewsauctions.com & Liveauctioneers.com. We will also do phone and absentee bidding. Pickup of items will be September 18 to 22, pickup up times will be 8:30am to 4:00 each day and we will have loaders on-site to assist with loading. The pickup location is 111 Simpler Times Lane, Tidioute, Pa. 16351 Items from the auction must be paid for in full before the items are picked up. We will not be taking payment at the auction pickup site due to poor internet and cell connection.
