Artifact Anthology LLC ? Terms and Conditions 1. Agreement to Terms By registering to bid and participating in any Artifact Anthology LLC (?Auctioneer?) sale on LiveAuctioneers, you agree to all terms below. These terms form a binding contract between the bidder (?Buyer?) and Artifact Anthology LLC. 2. Buyer?s Premium A 20% buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot and included in the final invoice. The buyer?s premium is subject to applicable sales tax. 3. Payment ? Payment is due in full within 3 business days of the auction?s close. ? Accepted methods: major credit cards processed through LiveAuctioneers and wire transfer for invoices over $2,000. ? All invoices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Buyers are responsible for any currency conversion or transfer fees. 4. Sales Tax State and local sales tax will be applied unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to payment. 5. Shipping and Pickup ? Artifact Anthology offers in-house shipping for most lots. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice or billed separately once packaged and weighed. ? Local pickup is available by appointment only at our New Jersey location. Items must be collected within 7 calendar days of auction close unless otherwise arranged in writing. 6. Condition of Items All property is sold as is, where is. Artifact Anthology makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding authenticity, condition, age, or provenance. Condition reports are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. 7. Returns All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. 8. Default Failure to pay in full or pick up within the stated timeframes may result in cancellation of the sale, resale of the item, forfeiture of deposit, negative feedback on LiveAuctioneers, and pursuit of legal remedies. 9. Limitation of Liability Artifact Anthology LLC is not responsible for any errors in bidding, description, or for losses or damages during shipping once the item leaves our possession. 10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey. If you have not contacted Artifact Anthology to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
