This October, we are honored to present Part I of the extraordinary collection of Mark Walberg, a distinguished dealer and collector whose career spans more than half a century.

Mark began collecting at the remarkable age of thirteen. Over the next 55 years, he built an international reputation working with major auction houses, consulting, and appraising for some of the most respected names in the field. Known above all for his expertise in Japanese and Chinese art, Mark has personally handled and sold thousands of objects, cultivating an unparalleled understanding of the market and a discerning collector's eye.

Formerly housed in a historic Sunbury, Pennsylvania mansion once belonging to the state's first senator William Maclay , Mark's collection reflects both breadth and depth. This inaugural sale offers a window into his lifetime of connoisseurship, with works ranging from the Far East to Europe and the Middle East.

Highlights include: Exquisite Chinese jade jewelry and ornaments, Fine Chinese porcelain of notable quality and form, Japanese silver of refined craftsmanship, Middle Eastern 24k gold objects showcasing cultural richness and 15th-century European chests and furnishings, rare survivals of their kind.
