Early 20th Century Design

On October 9th, Toomey & Co. presents Early 20th Century Design with furniture, lighting, metalwork, architectural elements, ceramics, woodblock prints, and more. Highlighting the sale are several lots by Frank Lloyd Wright, including an Important reclining armchair from the first Francis W. Little House in Peoria, Illinois, along with doors, windows, interiors, and drawings from other projects. Commissioned designs by Louis Sullivan and Samuel Yellin are also featured plus fine Roycroft and Limbert examples. In addition to art pottery from Rookwood, Teco, and Marblehead, prints by Edna Boies Hopkins and Gustave Baumann grace the offering.
