Shipping / Handling fees will be charged to buyer's credit card on file with Proxibid in separate transaction. Charges WILL BE processed to credit card on file UNLESS buyer provides alternative payment method within 24 hours following sale.

All items will be processed for shipment in the order that full payment and any required paperwork is received. Declined credit card payments will be sent to the back of the line.

*All Required Paperwork/FFL/4473 and shipping payment must be completed or received within 45 days! Winning bidder relinquishes all claims on any said items still in our possession after 45 days. There will be no refunds of any kind. Winning bidder's items will be sold at a later date and time of Thomas Hirchak Company choosing with no minimum reserve. There will be a 35% seller fee incurred.

We adhere to all Firearm Shipping Rules and Regulations. WE SHIP UPS for all Rifles and USPS for all Hand Guns.
No Exceptions. We do not use FEDEX and we will not use your shipping Label.

All non-FFL buyers must pass national instant background check screening prior to any firearms being released into buyer's possession. No direct sales to out-of-state buyers without FFL if not permitted by their state of residence. All buyers of firearms must present valid government issued photo identification. The government allows no exceptions! Photo ID must have physical street address (P.O. boxes are not accepted.) Purchasers must be at least 21 years old to purchase firearms and ammunition. WE DO NOT EXPORT FIREARMS OUTSIDE THE U.S. Abandoned Firearms: Buyers acknowledges, They have 30 days to finalize shipping or pick up of all firearms. By sending required paperwork based on the firearms purchase, Ie: FFL with Correct Classification. Filling out & shipping payment, Correct Classification FFL Registration at the auction (online and/or in person) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. In order to bid at the auction, all bidders must be signed up and register to bid through Proxibid.com. There is no fee to register although a valid credit card will be required to verify identity and funds. It is the bidder's responsibility to know and follow their own state laws pertaining to firearms. If your state lists your purchased firearm on their banned list we cannot ship it to another state. FFLs and background checks: Winning bidders must provide a current valid copy of the receiving dealer's FFL by 10/27/25 or receive an approval via our NICS/ATF 4473 background check by appointment on 10/23/25 or 10/27/25. If for any reason a winning bidder fails their background check, Thomas Hirchak Company will grant a 15 day period to rectify the situation to pass a NICS background check. If you fail to pass a NICS background check or provide a current FFL within 15 days after the end of the auction, there will be no refunds. If the background/FFL criteria have not been met, Thomas Hirchak Company will sell the purchased items at their next auction with no minimum bid or reserve price. The net proceeds of the resell price less a 35% commission will be sent 15 days after the auction. *All Required Paperwork/FFL/4473 and shipping payment must be completed or received within 45 days! Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and investigation of each property and must also investigate the suitability of each parcel prior to making a bid and purchase at the auction. Buyers must rely solely upon their own investigation and not any information provided by the Seller or Auctioneer.
