Thomas Pulgini, Born 1965 in Wilmington Delaware Popular Philadelphia Mid-Century Modern Pop Artist, Self-Taught artist has been painting over past 30 years. Best known for bright colors primarily in oil.His paintings mostly consisting of female nudes and black & white Brutalist abstracts. He attributes his influences to Andy Warhol, Pollock, Kline and Picasso.
