Buyer's Premium Each lot sold in our auction is subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) Buyer's Premium, unless specified otherwise. (For example: A $100 Hammer (bid) will equate to $100 Hammer + $25 Buyers Premium for a total of $125.) Reserves As a courtesy to our bidders, and to ensure flexibility during our auctions, BIDHAUS does not list reserve prices. Should a bid come close to a reserve amount, BIDHAUS may decide to sell the item below its set reserve. Please note, BIDHAUS auctions may contain a 'Hidden Reserve'. This means that if the lot does not meet its designated reserve, the lot will either be 'passed' or; should there be existing bids on said lot, be 'sold to the floor' (meaning item was not sold). If an auction is displayed as 'No Reserve', this means that any of the lots in this specific auction do not need to reach a specified 'reserve' amount above the starting price. Unless specified in the lot description, the item may not come with a box, papers, dust-bags, or authenticity card/certificate. In the event an item description does not match the item received, BIDHAUS will provide a refund, credit or exchange.
