Arte Antico, LLC 315 West 39th Street, #1406 New York, NY 10018 The following are the TERMS OF SALE for bidding in the Timed Auction of Arte Antico, LLC scheduled for November 23, 2025 at 6 pm est. Please read the following "Terms of Sale" carefully. These terms are applicable to all bidders in this auction. Your submission of bids in this auction constitutes your acceptance of these "Terms of Sale." 1. All items in this auction have been legally acquired, are legal to sell. 2. By bidding in this auction, the bidder personally guarantees payment. The auctioneer has sole discretion in all matters. In case of dispute, the lot(s) in question may be resold. 3. High and Low Estimates are provided for each lot for reference only. Lots may sell for a price greater or less than the estimate. 4. Payment is due, in full, upon receipt of invoice. No lots will be released until payment in full has been made. Payment (in U.S. funds) may be made via personal check, money order, credit card, or wire transfer. Paypal is not accepted. All buyers who pay by credit card must first have a credit card authorization form on file with Live Auctioneers prior to the auction. Bank Wire Transfers are also accepted. For bank checks please call or email for wire information. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge due to credit card processing fees. All invoices will have the 4% surcharge included, if your payment method is not by credit card please email or call to have the charge removed from the invoice. International bidders payment by wire transfer only. No credit card payments will be accepted for purchases over $2,000.00. Live Auctioneers credit card processing fee is 2.8% 5. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 28.5% buyers premium for all lots. 6. Sales Tax: Sales tac will be added to the Liveauctioneers invoice, unless buyer has registered with Liveauctioneers with a Resale Certificate. If buyer is sales tax exempt, the sales tax exempt certificate must be on file with Liveauctioneers. 7. RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED except at the discretion of the auction house. 8. BIDDING will be conducted online as the auction progresses or you may leave an absentee bid prior to the commencement of the auction. 9. SHIPPING: AUCTION HOUSE OFFERS IN-HOUSE DICOUNTED SHIPPING. Buyer Pays Shipping Cost. All lots will ship within 10 business days after payment received. Lots will ship to address on the Live Auctioneers Invoice. Please make sure your shipping address is updated with Live Auctioneers. Most lots ship by in-house. Lots with third party shipping notation in the description use third party shippers. Contact the auction house for a list of third party shippers. The Auction House does not accept responsibility of any agreements reached between Buyer and shippers, or any resulting loss, damage or delay resulting in the use of the shipper. If Buyer is required to arrange for their own shipment of merchandise, any and all liability of the Auctioneer is relinquished when item is received by the shipper, regardless of time item was paid for in full or how and/or when it was shipped or if merchandise has yet been received by Buyer. Once you have made shipping arrangements, you must submit a release form authorizing us to release your purchases to the shipper. For shipments outside of the USA, customs and duties may apply upon entry into said country; this fee, if any, is the buyer's responsibility. Buyer is also responsible for all USA export requirements as well as the import requirements of the importing country. 10. ALL BIDDERS must register in order to bid. 11. Buyer agrees that any claim of controversy arising out of, or relating to the formation, interpretation of performance of these terms and underlying transactions or the breach thereof, is subject to arbitration and shall take place within the County of New York, NY subject to the laws of the State of New York. 12. If you have not contacted Arte Antico to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
