The auctioneer (NJ Antiques) at its discretion reserves the right to refuse participation in this auction by any bidder, whether on premises, participating on-line, by telephone, or through absentee bid. There will be a convenience charge of 3.75% when payment is made by a credit card. The auctioneer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any item offered for sale. All weights, measurements, and descriptions are approximate and are provided for informational purposes only. Bidders are advised to carefully review all photographs and descriptions and to ask any questions prior to placing a bid. The auction house is not responsible for typographical or clerical errors. All descriptions, condition reports, and statements are opinions only and are not to be construed as statements of fact or guarantees of authenticity. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason. All purchased items must be removed within thirty (30) days of the auction date. Items not collected within this time frame will be subject to storage fees of $10.00 per lot, per day. No exceptions will be made. Failure to collect purchased items within forty-five (45) days of the auction date will result in forfeiture of ownership. At that point, the auction house reserves the right to resell or donate the item(s) without notice, unless prior written arrangements have been made.

If you have not contacted NJ Antiques to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
