*Payments - Bag Brats accepts payment via Live Auctioneers, PayPal, Stripe, Apple pay, Venmo, or cash app. Please Pay using your desired method within 72 hours or you will be Charged Automatically by Liveauctioneers. If you would like to pay using any method other than live payments please message us on here or email us at Support@bagbrats.com when the auction ends to make arrangements. * Shipping - We handle all packing & shipping arrangements for our sold items. Shipping & insurance cost added to your invoice will come from current shipping rates. When a winning bidders item(s) are shipped they will receive a confirmation email sent to the email provided on their invoice with tracking information. If you require a "signature release" on any of your packages or have any Special shipping and handling requests please contact Support@BagBrats.com or message us via Live Auctioneers within an hour of the auction ending because changes cannot be made after your invoice is generated. Special request including local pick up may be accommodated on a case by case basis at Bag Brats sole discretion and the bidder may incur additional shipping charges depending on the request. All item(s) being shipped out of the USA will incur Tarif/Vat taxes and we are not responsible for those charges. These cost will need to be handled by the bidder. Please be aware of any charges due & make sure you handle them as needed. In the event a Customer's items are returned for any reason including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer (or adult) was not present to receive and sign for the package, then Bag Brats reserves the right to charge the Customer for the new shipping cost. Once we have received a returned item the buyer will have 3 Business days to contact us & have paid any extra charges acquired to re-ship their item(s). If no contact or payment is made in that 3 day period the item will be set back out for resale and it will not be refunded. Bag Brats Auction House strives to provide the best customer service experience possible & are working every day to Improve but I am a one person team & due to a huge/unexpected uptick in orders the items in this auction may experience much longer shipping times than normal. While every effort will be made to maintain our usual shipping schedule it cannot be guaranteed & some item(s) may not begin processing or be shipped for 2-5 weeks after the auction ends. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause & assure you we're putting a system in place to prevent this in the future. All item(s) will be shipped to the address listed on your invoice at the time of purchase so we highly recommend checking the address on your Live Auctioneers profile prior to making your payment. Insurance coverage is only for the damage or loss of an item while in transit. We will not be responsible for any losses if the tracking information shows the package was signed for and was delivered to the correct address. If an item is lost in transit we reserve the right to reship a similar replacement item or provide a refund. We do Not provide refunds for any items not lost in transit so please bid and purchase responsibly. * Condition/Agreement: - All Merchandise is Sold As Is / Where Is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final & no Refunds or chargebacks will be given & this includes accidental bids so please bid responsibly. By registering, you are agreeing to all terms, confirming that you understand all sales are final, and acknowledging that we do not guarantee authenticity. While we make every effort to accurately describe, photograph, and authenticate all items, we are not responsible for their authenticity, condition, or defects. We encourage bidders to inspect items personally and recommend contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the auction for any questions. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, viewed all photos, and are satisfied with the item(s) or have chosen not to inspect them. On special circumstances that we do grant a refund the buyer has 48 hours after receiving the item to contact us notifying us of the return reason and if they have not attempted to contact us in that timeframe, the refund is automatically void. IF a refund is granted in exceptional cases, the bidder must return the item(s) within 3 business days, with tracking information. If the item is not scanned as ?in transit?? within that time frame, the return is forfeited. Once the returned item(s) are received, we will process the refund within 24 hours via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Please note some items may have reserves or absentee bids, and the auctioneer may bid on the seller?s behalf. * By registering for and/or placing a bid in any CAC Canada DBA Bag Brats auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, & agree to our Shipping, Payment, Auction, & Return Policies & you're aware that all bids are a binding agreement. If you have not contacted Bag Brats to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
