PAYMENT Payment is due within 5 days after the sale. We reserve the right to hold merchandise until payment clears. We only accept the bank wire transfer or credit card with a 3% processing fee for any payment of more than $2,000. CONDITION OF SALE 1. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Buyers are encouraged to personally examine all property to be sold and to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. As a service to prospective purchasers, we may note the physical condition of certain items. However, the fact that damages, repairs, restorations, or other defects are described for certain items, does not mean that all defects to such items are described or that similar conditions do not exist with respect to other items although not noted. Such descriptions are not intended to negate the conditions of sale. 3. Buyer's cancellation request is subject to 15% of the hammer price as buyer's penalty. Consignor's approval is required. 4.
