TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering on, and/or bidding on an item through, our website (www.vintageauctionsonline.com) (a Website) you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In order to bid you must register online only through a website. In accordance with the U.C.C. all auctions are considered to be reserved unless advertised as absolute, and during any reserve auction, the auctioneer may accept bids from the seller or an agent of the seller. Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any returns will be approved at the sole discretion of Vintage Auctions. THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS. Bidders have 5 days from the date of delivery to notify Vintage Auctions of any damaged items. A return/refund for damage will not be accepted after that window has closed. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factors by the title and description information along with the photographs provided. Vintage Auctions will attempt to describe the merchandise in the descriptions and photographs but make no representations. We do NOT guarantee grade of any item. Grade is subject to individual views. In no event shall Vintage Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value & condition. Vintage Auctions cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions in that the description of the merchandise is provided by the consignor. When bids are made, all sales are final. Should an item be damaged in shipping, the buyer will have purchased insurance to cover said loss and collect from the insurance carrier direct. Under no circumstances will the Bidder hold Vintage Auctions, Connoisseur, or its agents responsible for any problem created by the internet auction provider. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once you have won the bid you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for the item. Contested bids will be opened back up to the last two bidders. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of their clients, the seller. All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed matter. Vintage Auctions is providing internet bidding with the option of placing online pre-bids. This is an online only Auction and bidders need to be registered to bid in order to participate in our auctions. Buyers will pay 17.5% Buyers Premium Payment Options: ***BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023 we will no longer accept credit or debit cards as a form of payment for gold items won in our auction*** PayPal (Send to PremierAuctionsLive@yahoo.com) . Checks make payable to Vintage Auctions. (Must Clear before Shipping), Money Orders, Certified / Cashier Checks. You will need to register with your credit card. You can pay with credit through the link on your invoice or by calling our office. PLEASE NOTE; after 4 days, the credit card you registered with will be charged for any invoice not paid at that time. Bank wire transfers can be arranged by contacting our office. After payment is processed and secured, your purchase(s) will be shipped within 48 hours or as soon as possible depending on the day of the week the auction concludes. Invoices for West Coast (CA, OR, WA), add $5 surcharge. Canada Only Sales under $100 = $25.00 Sales $101 to $399 = $35.00 Invoices totaling over $400 must be sent via UPS Invoices over $400 calculated at cost to mail All Packages Insured Shipping. Any packages over $1,000 will be shipped signature required. All packages mailed via USPS or UPS. These shipping costs are estimates and the weight of your items may impact the cost seen here. Oversized items will be shipped at EXACT shipping cost. Any item requiring exact shipping will be weighed, measured, and packaged for best shipping rates upon winning of your won lots. Shipping costs are included on your final invoice. PLEASE NOTE: Bidders have 90 days to report to Vintage Auctions about any lost packages or delivery issues. A claim will be filed and the bidder will be reimbursed. After 90 days, the insurance coverage window will be closed and Vintage Auctions will no longer be responsible for the loss nor required to reimburse the bidder. If you have not contacted Vintage Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
