Judgment to fraud is committed when Bidder violates the provisions of the dispute resolution and accordingly Bidder is liable to Modern Jewelry for all damages, losses and costs, including resulting time charges. VENUE These terms and conditions, the contents of any listing and the contractual relationship between Modern Jewelry and any Buyer shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of the State of California. SEVERABILITY If any portion, section, or provision of the Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such portion shall be construed separately and shall not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions. ASSIGNMENT Any assignment without modern Jewelry's written authorization will be deemed void.
