First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this transaction. The buyer purchased two gold nugget rings and selected ACH as the payment method. As noted during checkout on LiveAuctioneers, ACH payments typically take 7 – 10 business days to clear. This process was slightly delayed due to a holiday weekend and standard shipping time. Regarding the rings, the buyer received exactly what was listed — two genuine gold nugget rings. It’s important to note that nugget rings are unique by nature, meaning no two are identical in appearance, which is part of their inherent design and appeal. The buyer raised a concern that the rings might not weigh as much as advertised. We responded promptly and encouraged them to weigh the items. After doing so, the buyer found the rings actually exceeded the listed weight. In fact, given the high price of gold at the time, the buyer realized they had received more gold value than what was paid. Despite this, we offered a full refund, even though it would have resulted in a loss on our end. After confirming the weight and value, the buyer chose to keep the rings and expressed satisfaction. We took the buyer’s concerns seriously and responded quickly and professionally. Our commitment is always to honesty, fair dealing, and customer satisfaction. We regret any misunderstanding.

I am sorry, I don't understand this review. Buyer purchased 2 different items, from 2 different auctions, weeks apart from each other. Am I supposed to wait to see if you purchase another item?
