Items not collected within this timeframe will be placed in storage at a fee of $10.00 per item per day. Payment Policies Invoices exceeding $2,500 USD must be paid via check, money order, bank-issued check, or wire transfer. No exceptions. We encourage buyers to inspect items in person or arrange for a third-party evaluation. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is", with no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in these terms. Authenticity Guarantee: If authenticity is disputed within 30 days of the sale, buyers may submit written documentation from a qualified expert. If deemed inauthentic, the item must be returned in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds exclude transportation, insurance, or other related costs. During the Auction Bidding as Principal: By bidding, you accept responsibility for paying the purchase price, including buyer?s premium and applicable taxes. Phone Bids: Must be arranged by submitting the relevant form by 5:00 PM the day before the auction and approved by Williamson Auction Gallery. Online Bids: Williamson Auction Gallery is not liable for technical issues affecting online bidding. Reserve Price: Some lots are subject to a reserve price set by the seller. After the Auction Buyer's Premium: A 27% buyer?s premium applies, along with Florida sales tax (7%) and shipping charges. For online bidders, additional premiums may apply per platform terms. Non-Payment: Failure to pay within 10 business days may result in late fees, cancellation, resale of items, or other actions deemed necessary by Williamson Auction Gallery. Shipping: Items not picked up or arranged for within 10 calendar days will incur storage fees of $10 per item per day. Buyers are responsible for international customs and duties. Williamson Auction Gallery will declare the purchase price as the item?s value for customs purposes.

To ensure secure payment, Williamson Auction Gallery may require invoices over $2,500 may be required to be paid using a Bank Transfer (ACH). This can be done directly at checkout.

If you have not contacted Williamson Auction Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
