No guarantee is made regarding description, authenticity, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, origin, age, condition, materials, metals, or gemstones unless explicitly stated in writing. Carat weights and measurements may be approximate. B. Watches & Mechanical Items Any item with mechanical movement?including watches and clocks?is assumed NOT serviced unless explicitly stated. No guarantee is made for function, accuracy, or long-term performance. C. Native American & Southwestern Jewelry AWS Auctioneers sells Native American, Navajo, Zuni, Hopi, and Southwestern-style jewelry in good faith based on available information, hallmarks, documentation, or expert opinion when provided. However: We do not certify or guarantee tribal affiliation, artist identity, hallmark authenticity, or handmade status. Many pieces originate from estates where full provenance is unknown. Buyers agree that items are sold to the best of our ability and no legal claim shall arise from authenticity disputes unless the item was materially misrepresented. This provides compliance protection under the Indian Arts & Crafts Act (IACA). 3. BIDDING CONDITIONS Bidding increments may be adjusted before or during the auction. Actual starting bids may differ from those shown online. The Auctioneer may accept or reject any bid, reopen a lot, or resolve ties at their sole discretion. Floor bids take precedence over identical online bids. Internet lag may cause discrepancies; therefore, the final online bid may not reflect the actual final bid. 4. INTERNET BIDDING By bidding online, you acknowledge that: Internet delays may prevent your bid from being accepted. The Auctioneer may award a lot to another bidder if technical issues arise. The Auctioneer?s determination is final. Absentee bids are encouraged to ensure participation on desired items. 5. PAYMENT POLICY Your bid is a binding contract. Payment arrangements must be completed within 10 days of the auction. SHIPPING Shipping is handled internally unless otherwise noted. Charges include: Postage Packaging materials Insurance Handling fees Items ship to the address provided by the bidder. AWS Auctioneers is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once items are transferred to the carrier, though insurance claims may be processed when applicable. 7. RETURN POLICY All items are final sale and sold AS-IS. A return will only be accepted if the item is materially misdescribed in the listing. To qualify for a return: Buyer must notify AWS Auctioneers within 5 business days of receiving the item (based on USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking). The item must be returned and received by us within 10 days of your notification. The item must be in the same condition as originally shipped. Return shipping is the buyer?s responsibility. No returns will be accepted for: Buyer?s remorse Misunderstanding of descriptions Subjective opinions (size, color, condition, etc.) Authenticity disputes unless the description was materially inaccurate
