TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering to participate in this auction, the bidder confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all auction terms as well as acknowledges this is a legally binding agreement. We strongly recommend all bidders read the terms thoroughly prior to registration and that they email us with any questions at supportrt@bagbrats.com This is a real binding auction and the winning bid constitutes a confirmed purchase agreement and requires payment within the platforms designated timeframe. All bids are final and non-retractable. No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for any reason. RESOLUTION PROCESS FOR CONCERNS OR ISSUES If a buyer has any concern, issue, question, or request regarding an item, payment, shipping, or order status, they must contact Bag Brats via email tab support@bagbrats.com or through LiveAuctioneers messaging before initiating any external claim, dispute, or chargeback. Bag Brats is committed to reviewing all concerns and working toward a prompt and fair resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly when communication occurs directly. Failure to follow this resolution process prior to involving external parties may result in delays, administrative holds, or additional processing fees as outlined in our Payment Policy. All items are sold in their existing condition, exactly as pictured and described. No warranties, guarantees, or representations expressed or implied are provided beyond what is shown in the listing photos. Buyers are solely responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before bidding. By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge acceptance of the item in its listed condition. All items offered are VIP / Gift With Purchase (GWP) items obtained through authorized brand channels. These items are not produced for retail sale and may differ from boutique merchandise. Some items may not include serial numbers, date codes, or holograms. Measurements are approximate, and colors may vary due to lighting or screen settings. Shipping occurs only after payment has fully cleared. Orders will be packaged by Bag Brats, and tracking will be provided once shipped. In the event of any payment dispute, inquiry, or concern, buyers must contact Bag Brats directly through platform messaging or at support@bagbrats.com prior to initiating external payment claims. Items involved in unresolved disputes may be placed on hold until resolution. Accidental bids, failure to review listing details, or bidder remorse do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. By placing a bid, buyers agree to all terms listed above in full.
