1. All Sales Are Final All sales conducted through our auctions are final. By placing a bid and winning an item, the buyer agrees to complete the purchase without the possibility of cancellation or refund. Auction Conclusion The auction ends at the specified time. In the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, SEUYCO reserves the right to extend or cancel the auction. In the event of a clerking error resulting in an item being accidentally sold below the reserve price, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale. SEUYCO will contact the bidder and make every effort to finalize the transaction at the agreed-upon reserve price, in addition to a reduced buyer's premium and any applicable fees including sales tax and transaction fees. We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to damage to an item, out-of-stock listing, misrepresentation of an item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund equal to the purchase price will be issued. 7. Winning Bidders Winning bidders will be notified via email with instructions on how to complete their purchase. 8. Non-Payment If the winning bidder fails to pay for an item within the specified timeframe, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list it in a future auction. Non-payment will result in a dispute filed against the winning bidder. A dispute filed against you creates a permanent mark on your account and notifies other sellers of the non-payment. If you receive two or more disputes, your account will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to bid on LiveAuctioneers' platform until all unpaid disputes are resolved. 9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the auction process will be resolved at the sole discretion of SEUYCO. Bidders agree to abide by the final decision of SEUYCO. 10. Changes to Policies SEUYCO reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting them. 11. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective.
