When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located at 1278 Tanyard Rd, Sewell, New Jersey 08080. This location has ground-level loading access and there is no loading dock on the premises. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup day and must bring their own help and equipment for loading. All items must be retrieved on the designated pickup day without exception (rain or shine). All items not retrieved after the designated pickup will be considered forfeited without refund. A select number of items are available for in-house shipping. You must notify auction house prior to pickup day if you are needing in-house shipping. Please see specific item descriptions to know which items are eligible. All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. No previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is. Bill acceptors shown on machines are not included. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3.99% convenience fee. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Buyers may also select ACH at checkout for a 1% fee. The auction house also accepts cashier's checks or cash at pickup. If paying by any option other than CC, the buyer must notify the auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment. In-house shipping will be billed separately through Live Auctioneers. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out and will not ship out until shipping has been paid for. You must request in-house shipping prior to pickup day on April 11th. ***Item descriptions will specifically say if item is eligible for in-house shipping or if third-party shipping / pickup is required. **** All larger items such as pinballs, arcade games, jukeboxes, etc. are third-party shipping only. TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload a tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on the invoice. Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit. *****All items not claimed after April 11th, 2026 are deemed property of the auction house without refund.******
