SALES TAX: Tax exempt buyers must present appropriate tax exemption form(s) to LiveAuctioneers account. Auction can not adjust sales tax. All property is described to the best of our knowledge; however, neither we nor consignor make any warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to such property as to the physical condition, character, quality, rarity, authenticity, importance, authorship, provenance, medium, period, origin or estimated value, or other attributes of any sold lot. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog or advertisement, bill of sale, gallery posting, announcement or remarks by staff or the Auctioneer, shall be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. It is important to understand that South Jersey Auction has never, and would never, knowingly offer a fake or altered item for sale, and we offer no guarantee of authenticity of any item offered. All measurements and weights are approximate. All property is sold as-is, where is, all sales are final. As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. Bidders agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees including a 25% restocking fee. 'Bidding at the auction indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of the sale.' PAYMENT: Liveauctioneers autopay hits within three (3) days from auction date and they charge a courtesy fee on credit cards of 3.99% + $0.25. All accepted forms of payment are at the buyers expense: autopay, wire transfer, known check, visa, mastercard, discover, american express, diners club, money order, cashiers check, and cash. Auctioneer has the right to require wire transfer or certified check for any invoice, especially if totaling $5,000 or more. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an 'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were the winning bidder. Please note that liveauctioneers does not share your credit card information that you supply them to activate a bidder paddle with the our auction house. South Jersey Auction reserves the right to move forward with any and all remedies available to us, including reporting your bad debt to the live Auction provider and/or any other related entities. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the close of the Auction, and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. SHIPPING and PICKUPS: Pick up times are available by appointment, Monday - Friday, 8:30-4pm with 24 hour advance notice. No items will be released until full payment has been received and validated, and an email release consent must be received by auction of your chosen shipper. After five (5) days, items remaining in South Jersey Auction's possession may be assessed a minimum storage fee of $5 per day per item based on size. Item(s) will be deemed abandoned if storage fees are not paid and accumulate to purchase price or after 30 days, whichever happens first.
