Overseas and Precious metal purchases must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer only. For other Domestic Purchases we accept Wire Transfers, Zelle, Credit Cards, Personal Checks (10 days to clear), or Cash payments. Terms & Conditions: Clock notes: Clocks were set and run for 30 minutes to an hour during the cataloging process and designated either "Running when cataloged", "Running momentarily" or "Not running". The majority of these clocks have been in the home of a private collector for over 30 years and may require cleaning or adjustments, weights provided may or may not be original to the clock. Watch notes: Watches were set and run for 30 minutes to an hour during the cataloging process and designated either "Running when cataloged", "Running momentarily" or "Not running". Watch sizes and jewel counts are approximate as the movements were not examined out of cases. The highest bidder as determined by the Auctioneer will be the buyer. Estimates are provided on items as a basis for comparison only. A small percentage of the items offered may have a reserve price. In no case will an item have a reserve price in excess of the low estimate. Minimum starting bid on all lots will be 50% of the low estimate. All purchases are to be removed at the buyer's expense and risk within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction. Arrangement for shipping, pick up or transfer of all auction items will be made by the buyer and at the buyer's expense. All purchases will be paid for in full prior to any of the items leaving the premises. Title shall pass at the fall of the hammer and Schmidt's Antiques Inc, the Auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any item whatsoever and items are left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items left beyond 5 days will be subject to storage charges. Items left over 30 days will be resold and storage and commissions deducted from the proceeds. If accounts are not paid in full within 5 days, or in the case of absentee bidders, upon presentation of a bill, any and all deposits left on said items will be forfeited by the purchaser. Schmidt's Antiques Inc. reserves the right to sell unpaid items left over 30 days either by private or public sale, at our discretion, without any further notice to the defaulter. The defaulter will be responsible for any such deficiency that may arise, plus any expenses incurred in reselling any defaulted upon items. A 25% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO ALL LOTS
