As buyer chooses shipper of choice the auction house will help to facilitate the employment of packers and shippers as a convenience to the buyer, but assumes no responsibility of their actions or damaged caused by those individuals. Please note that ALL Property must be removed within five (5) Days following the auction date purchased from. Property not removed within this time frame will be charged a storage fee of $25 Per Day. If the item is not removed within 10 days following the last day of the auction, the item will be converted to Rapid Estate Liquidators and Auction Gallery Ownership, as forfeited merchandise. Out of State bidders will be required to respond to the courts in Orange County, Florida at their own expense. 12.) Your registration and attendance at the auction guarantee that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions. 13.) When the auctioneer states, Sold, title on the property shall pass to the successful bidder, who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility. The winning bidder must past all record checks and will pay the gun broker any additional fees for background check, transfer and shipping of item(s). Estimates in the catalog, showing estimates or staff mentioning in any way, is ONLY for a guide to help prospective bidders.
