TOP RATEDA superb offering of Prehistoric & Historic Artifacts from the John Parker, Tommy Goff and Earl Riddick collections.
John was first featured in Who's Who in Indian Relics #3 (1972). Most recently, many of his artifacts were displayed in Ballinger's book, Collectors of Historic and Prehistoric Artifacts. The Parker collection is a diverse artifact collection, containing a wonderful selection of hardstone artifacts and large flint relics. Many of John?s relics have never before been offered at auction.
We are also pleased to offer a portion of the Tommy Goff collection. Tommy was featured in Who's Who in Indian Relics #7 (1988). His pottery collection contained many rare types, including the Caddo Crockett Vase he was holding in Who's Who (item 324 in this sale). We are also offering many of the Birdpoints that Tommy found and collected, including his fabulous frame of Mississippian Steiner Points (item 229).
We take great pleasure in offering a portion of the Earl Riddick collection of Pre-Columbian Pottery. This Pre-Columbian collection was acquired during the 1960?s, largely from Dr. David Harner (Greg Perino's associate while at the Gilcrease Museum). During the next 40 years, Dr. Frederick Dockstader evaluated and appraised the Riddick Collection several times.
This is simply one of the finest groups of Pre-Columbian pottery we have seen.

Any questions regarding a return priveledge on prehistoric items without an independent certificate of authenticity should be raised before the auction. If the prehistoric artifact has an independent certificate of authenticity, the sale of such item is final.
The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen the bid or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneers hammer. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed.
The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. YOU DO NOT PAY INDIANA SALES TAX IF ITEMS ARE SHIPPED OUT OF STATE. THERE IS A 13% BUYERS PREMIUM.
For attendees, all accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. For those buying via absentee (internet, phone, absentee bid), all accounts are to be settled within 21 days following the date of the auction. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting. No items removed until paid for. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied.
T & T Archaeological Consulting is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue. Photographs in this catalogue are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition day of the sale. The use of our photographs for any purpose without our written permission is prohibited. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind made 30 days or longer following the sale date.
