This will be a great auction with a variety of antiques, collectibles, architectural, and so much more. Never been to Architectural Artifacts before? Terms: Cash, check or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Payment day of the auction. Everything sold as-is. Not responsible for accidents or items after sold. Everything must be removed with-in one month of the auction concluding. 18% buyer's premium for on-site buyers for cash payments and an additional 3% buyer's premium for credit card purchases.

Payments are to be made within 5 days of being notified by auction company that you have won the bid. Illinois sales tax will be charged if you are a resident of Illinois or if you pick your items up from auction location. 20% buyers premium from Kraft Auction Service and 3% buyer's premium from LiveAuctioneers, for a total buyer's premium of 23%.
