We apologize for this hassle, but once you are approved you will automatically be accepted to all our future auctions.
Please note there is a hammer fee of 45 SEK for a winning bid! We do not handle shipping of large lots (carpets, furniture etc). If you are unsure about shipping - please call us before placing your bid! Thank you - and good luck.

Bids & Condition
All items featured in our auctions are sold as-is. It is therefore essential that you examine the item with care before placing your bid. All bids are final and binding. Auktionshuset in Solna (AIS) always strive to describe and depict our lots to the best of our ability; but we do not make any guarantees of accuracy or authenticity. The final responsibility is attributed to the buyer. All our lots are displayed physically and publicly before an auction. If you do not have access to our locales in person you are always very welcomed to e-mail or phone us to further establish an items condition.
AIS reserves the right to deny a bid and takes no responsibility for any failed bids through our site, services or staff. Also we reserve the right to withdraw or make changes to the catalog within three hours of the auction.
Fees & Obligations
Buyers premium is 23% of the hammered price. A hammer fee will also be added separately of 45 SEK for each lot.
The buyer is responsible to secure the winning bid and make payment. For national (Swedish) customers payment is due within 3 (three) days of the concluded auction. For international customers payment is due within 7 (seven) days of the concluded auction. Payment is made directly by wiring funds to account or through supplying credit card. Cash is also accepted on-site. Won lots are to be picked up within 7 (seven) days. Please contact us if you need extended storage, otherwise a storage fee of SEK 30-60 per day depending on size of items.
Certain lots that are marked "DDS" (Droite de Suite) is subject to a surcharge for the artist. If the lot exceeds SEK 2150 an additional fee of 5% is added. Please see http://www.bus.se/ for additional information.
Shipping & Storage
Generally AIS do not ship internationally and therefore the responsibility lies on the buyer to arrange shipping. AIS can supply a list of known and trusted couriers. AIS can offer extended storage to give the buyer time to arrange proper shipping. Please contact us for any help with shipping and storage.
