Master Card, Visa, Discover credit cards are accepted a 5% fee will apply. Bank wires with an additional charge of 15.00 per transaction will apply. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding 5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-2 days after concluding of the auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Wholesale Art Auctions reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction.

CONDITION TERMS: Provenances are included in the catalog to the extent they are available. Estimates, Description and Condition are included with each lot.
