New Orleans Auction May Sale: Day 1 of 2

New Orleans Auction Galleries is pleased to present its May 30-31 Estates Auction featuring over 1,200 lots of fine art, antique furniture, jewelry, silver, carpets and more. The auction includes property from the personal collection of Don Didier, prominent New Orleans dealer and collector of classical furniture and decorative arts. In addition, the two-day sale will offer American 20th and 21st century paintings and sculpture from the Estate of Louis Tenenbaum of Houston, Texas by artists such as Henri Matisse, Donald Sultan, Armando Amayo, Dylan Lewis and others. Paintings, sculpture, furniture and decorative art from the personal collection of New Orleans based artist Mario Villa, as well as examples of his own work from throughout his expansive career will be featured in the sale as well.
