TERMS OF SALE NOVEMBER 7, 2015 PREHISTORIC ARTIFACT AUCTION All items in the sale catalog from the Roy Hathcock collection have been identified with the Hathcock logo (The word Hathcock will appear at the end of each item listed on Live Auctioneers). As is customary with collections such as this, all Hathcock items are being sold as-is. The Hathcock items being offered carry with them the approval of a respected artifact collector. They were also appraised by several well known and knowledgeable artifact experts. All items identified by the Hathcock logo (or as identified as such on Live Auctioneers) are being sold as-is. Many other consigned items in this auction have been evaluated by nationally recognized authenticators. In such situations where our consignors have endeavored to provide such verification, the artifacts are being sold with that opinion. All items carrying an independent certificate of authenticity are being sold as-is. Other consigned prehistoric items without a certificate of authenticity (or with a T&T COA only) may be returned by absentee bidders (phone or internet) within 30 days following the auction (29 days following the auction date or less). We have attempted to accurately describe all Items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly as-is. It is the bidder's responsibility (whether in person, by phone, or mail) to determine exact condition of each Item. No statement in this catalogue, invoice or any other document by associates of T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC or Brent H. Fuchs Auctioneering shall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale Item(s). Any such statements are strictly matters of opinion. Photographs in this catalogue are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition day of the sale. T & T Archaeological Consulting. LLC is not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions in this catalogue. The Auctioneer (Brent H. Fuchs Auctioneering AU1044390) will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen the bid or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. You do not pay Indiana Sales Tax if Items are shipped out of state. There is a 10% Buyers Premium. A 13% Buyers Premium will be applied to internet (Live Auctioneers) purchases. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. No items removed until paid for. Absentee purchases must be paid for within 21 days following the auction. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied. There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind made 30 days or more after the sale date (no exceptions). We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or participation by any individual or group.
