The auction house tried to describe the items for sale, but it was obvious that they were not familiar with the French Foreign Legion items. They described many items as FFL, while the majority were not. Not a problem for bidders familiar with the field and the pictures were clear enough to identify those which were truly Legion. Also, it would have been helpful if they took Paypal for payment instead of personal check which took longer to clear.

I think the flow is great and the auctioneers that I have dealt with have all be upfront and honest.

Lack of communication after the auction. I received two different emails from the House, at 5 days the one from the other, asking always the same thing. I am still waiting news about my lots and I have not received them

Could have had more photos in listing, more accurate description regrading conditon. Very flexible on Shipping/Pick-up

the piece has a few broken elements beyond what was described. while those a fairly minor, it does effect an overall condition of the item and does require restoration ad fixing.
