It was a pleasure to work with Gallery Auctions. They were extremely responsive and courteous; they were also understanding and flexible about my pick-up date. Upon arrival, they had plenty of staff on hand to help out! I was not sure that my purchase would fit into my City Express van, but their staff helped me break down a large armoire and pack it securely into my vehicle. I was very grateful for their expertise and aid. They were also very careful with my purchase and my vehicle. This was overall a great experience, and I look forward to buying from Gallery Auctions again.

Gallery Auction in Houston is the Premier Auction House of the Gulf Coast. There selections are second to none. Quality is very best of all Auction Houses in the Industry. They are tuned to the clients treating them with Class, Honesty and they genuinely care.

UPS office horrible to communicate with. Does not return calls. Item received breakage in UPS office or delivery. Gallery antiques is excellent. In the future I will not use UPS for shipping. I have used UPS across the country and this is the first location witrh which I havehad problems.

I've been using Gallery for about 9-10 years. I've never had a single bad experience. I've bid on items while I was attending the auction and used Live Auctioneers. Both worked flawlessly. I will continue to use Gallery for their amazing selections.

The folks at Gallery Auctions were very friendly and helpful in the process and very responsive. Their terms and conditions as well as their website provided a lot of great information and very helpful in finding third party shippers. I absolutely love this cabinet, it's so striking, bold, unique, yet dainty. It's even more beautiful in person, although the pictures provided in the listing really told the story.

I had a great experience with this auction house. I had to call them a couple of times and they answered the phone right away. They were friendly and professional and the items I received were accurately represented.

I’m fairly new to Houston, and started shopping with Gallery at the beginning of this year. I can’t say enough about how fantastic the entire team is. The product they bring to market is out of this world, and they make the entire process seamless and stress free. They take the Monday blues away! The auctions are informative, exciting and entertaining. I just hope to be able to make it in person one morning to enjoy some of the great food I hear about! I won these pots and they are huge!!! I got such a great price for them. Now I can’t stop “attending” the auction live for online bidding. Vikki is such a great auctioneer with such a great sense of humor, making the auction fun. I think I’m addicted to the Monday auctions now, and no rehab is needed. I’m just a little fish in Gallery’s huge ocean, but I am treated so well. Thank you Gallery for this fun outlet!

I fell in love with this item while wandering through the warehouse. I snapped a pic and later emailed Corey inquiring about it. She told me to watch the upcoming auctions for it. Sure enough, in a couple weeks it was up for auction. Obviously nobody else has my quirky taste because I was the only one who bid on it. I scheduled a pickup time with Corey, but my transport fell through. I rescheduled and it fell through twice more. Corey was so gracious about my plight. Then a family emergency delayed pickup again. I thought Corey would think I was flaking on my purchase, but she was very sympathetic and understanding. Finally arranged and got it picked up and I couldn’t be happier. The sofa is perfect and Corey was most wonderful in our communications.

My very first auction with Gallery! I was so excited to have won my item. I went to Gallery the vet next day to pick it up and was treated like royalty. My meager little less-than-$100 purchase, and I was welcomed into the warehouse and given a tour as if I had spent thousands. I’m thrilled with my online little purchase, and became a follower online.

Gallery Auctions is a top notch auction house, providing incredible service before, during, and after their sales. Their entire team, especially Jon, went above and beyond to make this purchase as seamless as possible, working with my freight shipper to coordinate pick up and delivery to NYC. When my item arrived missing a small piece, Jon was very quick to send over screen grabs of their loading dock cameras, showing that the item had been handed over to the freighter safely and in its entirety, and even offered to call them directly to work out where the missing piece could be, which he had no obligation to do (it was quickly found at the freighter's warehouse, and subsequently delivered to me). Their inventory consistently impresses, with a fantastic selection of thoughtful pieces, full of character and unrivaled among any of the other auction houses I know. It's always a joy to receive updates on their upcoming sales, and I look forward to bidding again soon.
