Good Experience

I have purchased items from Dirk Soulis in the past and am always had great customer service. The invoice comes very quickly and the option to pay via a Paypal link makes the process very easy. Their shipping department is by far the best. They always pack my items very well and their shipping charges are reasonable and NOT excessive, like many UPS stores. I rate Dirk Soulis auction house with a five star rating. They are superb in all aspects of their customer service when dealing with someone like me, who lives in Hawaii. I will definitely purchase more items from them with no hesitation and will recommend them to my friends.

I had a very good experience, no concerns ~

Missing a wooden stand. Did not disclose damage to the foot of the horse. Emailed them about these issues but did not get a response.

i have received multiple requests for payment of items that i have paid for in full. the auctioneer has apologized, and then resends the payment request. it is a bit frustrating. the item has not arrived so i cannot assess the quality of photos.

Dirk Soulis Auctions is very high up on my list of "go to" auction houses. Customer service is always top-notch. In house shipping is always prompt and reasonably priced. The auctions offer a wide range of items across many genres and interests. They did not offer weekend pick up at their main office facility. It would be helpful if they offered the same days for pick up at the auction site and their main office.

They were very prompt in sending an invoice for the total including shipping. Also provided a link to facilitate the payment method. I could not be happier with their professionalism.

The shipment charges with UPS are really too expensive. With regard to the weight it is better to use the US post office. Les customs declarations disadvantage the French buyers. It would be necessary to send under the column (section) present
