This is a great Auction House-Dirk Soulis and his wife are the Best!

Purchased a coral necklace that my jeweler said was not coral. Lot 441 in last auction.

One of the best experiences I've had dealing with an auction house. Reasonable buyer's premium; shipping costs were unusually low yet items were well-packed and arrived in a timely manner.

A choice somewhere between 'Very Satisfied' and 'Somewhat Satisfied' would have been useful as would more precise descriptions of degree of helpfulness. Thanks!

Very pleased, however I'd like you to send me this questionnaire on Saco River Auction House. Saco River totally misrepresented what I ordered. ********** Soulis was outstanding.

I would have liked a breakdown of the shipping cost which seemed high. The package came very quickly but I would have liked a lower cost with a longer delivery time but that wasn't an option! I ship quite a bit as I live in Alaska!

The service and shipping cost are superb. My experience so far with this auction house has been excellent.

Gretting approved was a slow process that could have been avoided if they simply piggy backed on your approval of me as a bidders. This seems to be an ongoing problem with some of your clients. Recently, I was unable to get approval in time to bid (forgot the auction name) and you had my credit card and they never did get me notice of approval. I would have bid twice what a couple of items I was interested in if I had the approval.

Dirk Soulis always does an excellent job in all aspects of his auctions. Never a problem. Very professional staff. Excellent shipping.

The neutral answer on shipping is because I picked up my item so I can't speak to the shipping process. I've purchased from this auction house multiple times and have always found their descriptions accurate and their staff easy to work with.

I forgot my password and have been unable to get signed up for sept. 25 auction with dirk soulis

In the house things move very slow, don't beg for a couple bucks.

Mostly positive professional service. Appreciate their secure and efficient shipping process. Twice my bids were not recorded during a live auction, depriving me a bid on items. When I complained, there was no response. One time the bidding was cut short without allowing time to decide on a bid amount. The amount I paid on shipping one item was twice the estimate I was given. Most estimates were accurate.

I was thrilled that an auction house has reclaimed their shipping department. I was handled with professionalism and provided fair shipping costs. As a result, I wil be surely watching Dirk's auctions in the future... Thank you
