Approval to my registration through LIVEAUCTONEERS was not as fast as through the INVALUABLE.

I have known Jeff for 20 years. I consider him a very honest auctioneer who loves antiques.

Photo was of the back of the item.... I didn't realize it until I received the item. I liked the front, so it was OK

We love going to the auction & bidding online. Everyone at Burchard's, is very helpful and we enjoy going.

I won the auction, and the auction house sold it for another people, who has won it on an another site. They lied, that tried to call me, but this is not happened. I am full disappointed, it was a simple scam. I think you need to choose more accurately, who are able to use your system...

Make sure all flaws are listed; online auction participants cannot personally inspect items.

This was the first auction house I have dealt with that followed up on my purchase to make sure it arrived safe and sound!! Impressive!!

Exceeded expectations!

Prior to the auction, Burchard Galleries Inc. asked me for confidential personal information, and for my credit card number. They said they needed these data to qualify me for the bidding process. When I asked why, they were a bit rude and snotty. My concern was that if they were hacked, my confidential info would be compromised. I asked about their IT security, and was told it was fine, but no details were provided in response to my request. My offer to use PaPal was refused. I asked to speak to the owner, and left both a voice mail and an email message for him. He never contacted me. I won the bid (for about $1, 700), paid by credit card within the hour, and got my artwork shipped promptly and safely. Sorry to say that Burchard Galleries was rather unpleasant to deal with.

Many buyers like myself would be aided in our survey responses if you include a picture of our purchase which we remember much better than the name of the auction house. It will make the rating more reflective of circumstance and performance of the auction house.

I have been dealing with Burchard Auction Galleries for over 16-18 years. I have found them to be most helpful with every aspect of their auctions. Their auctioneers, and other support staff are wonderful, as well as being prompt with answers to questions, etc. I feel extremely comfortable when I deal with them and value them highly as to presenting items truthfully and answering all pertinent details about items. I try to buy from them rather than other auctions due to their superb service.

They were very flexible with allowing me to pick up the item late with no additional charges. Nice operation
