I think there should be some way for bidders to review feedback about auction houses. Auctions can see bidder history, so it’s a one-way street. Unfair and leaving bidders with no info

After several emails with requests, I never received an answer. I made several phone calls and was told I would get a call back with answers to my questions. No call back. I finally called, but ended up getting unprofessional inaccurate info. Based on this info, I over paid, but not worth a disputed. Would not bid there again

I have purchased several items from Bunte Auction Services over the past several years, and I have always had a very positive experience with them. The items have always been very accurately described; I have been very pleased with the lots that I have won. No problems whatsoever.

Auctioneer was very forthcoming about the surface condition of one of the paintings I bought, helpfully pointing out condition issues that may not be easily seen on a computer monitor. I found this very helpful and professional.
