EXCELLENT-HELPFUL-RESPONSIVE

The tile arrived in less than a week, which has not been my experience with other auction houses, so that I was able to enjoy it quickly after buying it.

Glass item was very well protected with packing.

Having access to an auction in a small town in Ohio via the internet while I am in New Orleans is an wonderful improvement in the locating of antiques we need and care about

You failed to disclose that the cut glass carafe that I purchased was very cloudy and had a water line running through it that was cloudy. I cannot trust your descriptions. Had I known I would not have bid on it.

It's very easy to locate items, bid on them and when you are fortunate to win something-everyone is willing to help. Either ship the item to you and include it in the sale price, or give you someone who will pick it up, wrap it up and send it to you. The only thing I notice-not everyone except PayPal. They should. It would make the process easier and of course it would be quicker.

great packing and quality customer service

They dumped all the pieces in a box (antiques) without wrapping anything then shipped it. Items were damaged. They refused to take responsibility and reimburse me for the damaged goods. Still thinking about sending everything back. Will never buy from them again.

Found some great items over a number of years at Forsythe's

Communication is abysmal, with calls and voice mails either eventually or not answered. Promised information about shipping does not come. Excuses are manifest-"but we sent information to your email address." I am loath to deal again with this unusually poor auction house. It also does not well represent liveauctioneers.

I paid promptly and the auction house told me it would got out the next day, item was not shipped till 10 days later. i understand they may not be able to ship right away but they should give me an accurate time of when they can ship. I will not be bidding on their items again
