Shipping charges are too high

The item I purchased was in rough shape when I got it. Additionally it was probably broken even further in shipping because of the poor packaging job. The description was minimal and did nothing to describe the actual condition, especially for an Internet bidder. The photos of the item were few and not detailed enough to determine actual condition.

As an engraver and former gun dealer, I felt that these "cap guns" and toy cannon could have been shipped more economically. I have shipped a lot of high dollar weapons and 96 bucks seems a little high for 11 cap guns and a Remco cannon.
